Seminar registration forms must be done online through our website. Acceptance of your registration will be processed instantly and sent to your registered email instantly or a txt sent to your registered mobile phone.
Because the number of places in each seminar is limited, no allocation of a place in a seminar will be made until payment in full has been processed online.
New Zealand Employment Law Station reserves the right to withdraw any delegate in accordance with our payment terms.
Payment in full by Credit/Debit cards online must be made upon registration online. Late registration of not less than 24 hours before the seminar will be considered online (subject to availability).
Cheques should be made payable to New Zealand Employment Law Station five days before the seminar. Please ensure your cheque is accompanied by the invoice number generated online upon registration.
Seminar fee includes workshop folders, lunch and refreshments.
Workshop fee does not include the charges for other gift products that may be available, which will be sold strictly to willing participants only for various prices.
All prices shown are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
In the event that cancellation is not received 2 days before workshop commencement, a cancellation fee of 20% of workshop cost will be levied.
A full refund will be made upon receipt in writing of a cancellation received at least earlier than 3 days prior to course commencement. We will not refund fees for cancellations made on the day the course commences or any time thereafter.
New Zealand Employment Law Station LTD reserves the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrolments or to conditions beyond its control. Notification of a course cancellation will be made by New Zealand Employment Law Station Ltd as early as possible.
If a registered delegate is unable to attend the workshop, a transfer may be made without charge prior to commencement to another workshop. However the delegate may have to travel to any other places where our next workshop may be and expect that we may be having different presenters and experts available for each workshop.
Workshop content includes a suitable combination of cutting edge information, case studies, interactive learning, syndicate work, role play and continuous peer assessment. Workshop content excludes welfare and other delegate support services and post-workshop services. Due to time constraints on our team, we work with reputable law firms to represent some clients who may wish to be represented by us.
Value of workshops
For those delegates who successfully participate in the workshops, their level of understanding in employment law matters will be beneficial to them and their organisations saving them and the organisation time, money and vaccinates themselves from stress arising from employment issues. Certificates of attendance will be issued. The certificates may be used as evidence by your employers or the employees that you have been introduced to employment practices and much more so, the workshops are valuable to employees who are promoted into management without any background understanding in legal processes such as employment law.
Managers will be equipped with proper skills and understanding on how to work around employment issues without attracting employment litigation for the company or themselves.
Information about a delegate’s attendance and participation will be disclosed only to the delegate through the issued certificates to, the delegate and the sponsor organization (if applicable) unless New Zealand Employment Law Station has been authorized to do otherwise by the delegate in writing.
Delegates are expected to participate fully and effectively in the workshop and to follow any reasonable and lawful instructions and directions given by workshop presenters. Unacceptable conduct will result in a verbal warning and thereafter The Employment Law Station reserves the right to expel a delegate from the workshop without refund of workshop costs.
